Sales Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Trainer to train, coach, and develop our sales team.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver new-hire induction, product, process, and sales training.

- Train teams on pitching, probing, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.

- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and certification programs.

- Identify performance gaps through sales, quality, and productivity data.

- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to deliver targeted refresher training.

- Track training effectiveness through conversion, revenue, productivity, and quality metrics.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of minimum experience in sales/process training, inside sales, telesales, BPO, or EdTech.

- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and presentation skills.

- Working knowledge of CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales performance metrics.

- Experience in target-driven sales environments is preferred.
