Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head and Trainer based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new sales staff, driving sales growth, managing teams, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance performance across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Training: Conduct training programs for new and existing sales staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales KPIs, provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to boost productivity.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales training & development.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
