Job Profile: Product & Process Trainer/Work from Office
Location: Indore, MP.
Package: 3.00 Lacs to 4.80 Lacs per annum (In Hand)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Training Modules to conduct the training, such as Product and Process Training, Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training, and Induction & Etc.
- Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
- Support floor training initiatives, intermittently assist in design and development of training material.
- Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development.
- Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve. Ensure advisors are skilled and knowledgeable in handling customer interactions.
- Coach advisors on improvement in products & processes, create learning solutions and customize training delivery.
- Provide Financial Market Training - Forex & Comex. Conduct OJT & Refresher Training. Organize JKQ & Complete Certification Process.
- Conduct Session on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.
- You shall execute & perform all such duties that may be assigned to you from time to time and we reserve its rights to change these at its discretion.
Desired Candidates:
- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative.
- Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex & Comex)
- Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills require.
