Senior Sales Trainer (Specializing in Closing Techniques)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned and charismatic Sales Trainer to transform our talented team of sales executives into master closers. You won't just be teaching scripts; you'll be instilling confidence, refining techniques, and building a high-performance sales culture rooted in empathy and effectiveness. This is a leadership role with a direct impact on our company's success and the number of lives we can change.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop & Deliver: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs with a heavy focus on advanced closing strategies, objection handling, and consultative selling.

*Coach & Mentor: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, call-auditing, and role-playing sessions to provide personalized feedback and drive continuous improvement.

*Create Powerful Tools: Build and maintain our sales playbook, including scripts, rebuttals, and best-practice guides for our unique therapy.

*Analyze Performance: Track key sales metrics and training effectiveness, identifying gaps and tailoring programs to address them.

*Inspire & Motivate: Foster a positive, energetic, and results-oriented environment that encourages team members to achieve and exceed their targets.

What We're Looking For:

*Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Manager, preferably within a B2C call center or healthcare/wellness environment.

*A true master of the sales process, with a documented track record of expertise in various closing techniques.

*Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

*An innate ability to inspire, motivate, and command a room.

*Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of your training.

*Based in or willing to relocate to Indore.
