Exp: 2-3 Years in Sales Training From Automobile Industry CV Segment
Open for travelling (15-18 days) Per Month
Desired Profile
Experience: 25 years in Sales Training for Commercial Vehicle , preferably in the automobile industry.
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
Automotive product knowledge (preferably Passenger Vehicles).
Fluent in English and regional language is mandatory
Tech-savvy with exposure to digital training tools.
About the Role
> We are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Trainers to deliver structured and impactful training for India at Regional Training Centres (RTC).
> The role involves conducting training sessions for dealership sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer handling skills, and overall sales effectiveness.
> This is a retainer-based role with stable working hours, minimal travel, and direct involvement in shaping sales capabilities at one of India's leading automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured training programs for dealership Sales Consultants as per curriculum.
Deliver sessions on product, process, customer handling, digital tools, and soft skills.
Assess training needs and adapt sessions to suit participant levels.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
Coordinate with RTC team and NOVO Consulting for training calendar execution.
Regularly update self on new product launches, policy changes, and sales tools.
