Role Details
- Position: Sales Trainer
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 1+ year in Sales Training
- Industry Preference: EdTech
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for sales teams
- Deliver skill-based training on pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Create and manage training materials, role-plays, mock calls, and assessments
- Observe sales calls and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Coach low performers through performance improvement plans
- Standardize sales processes and ensure strong CRM adoption
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach
- Experience training Inside Sales or Business Development teams
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer psychology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Prior EdTech sales training experience is a strong advantage
