About The Role :
As a Sales Trainer at DoubleTick, you will be responsible for delivering, and evaluating impactful sales training programs that strengthen the skills and performance of our sales team. Your role will focus on equipping new hires with the tools to succeed quickly while enhancing the capabilities of existing team members. You will create engaging training modules that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions. Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics will be a key responsibility.
