Role Description

This is a Full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Sales Telecaller. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential clients, promoting services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Additional tasks include maintaining client databases, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and superior service. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve revenue targets will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in telecalling and client relationship management
• Ability to understand and clearly explain services offered
• Proficiency in time management and maintaining detailed client records
• Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and using CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
• Fluent in English, and knowledge of regional languages is beneficial
