Role Description
• Handle incoming leads & demo requests
• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp & email
• Convert trials into paid customers
• Provide basic technical support
• Learn how a global SaaS business operates
• Work directly with founders & core team
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling (training will be provided)
• Ability to learn and deliver product demos and onboarding sessions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle user queries
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer/software knowledge
• Any graduate or final-year student can apply (any stream)
• Prior experience in technical support or CRM software is a plus (not mandatory)
