Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product knowledge, and offering after-sales support. You will represent HTTS Solutions and its values of safety, trust, and reliability to current and potential clients.

• Strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Familiarity with industrial safety products or experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Team player with a proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Regional knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas
