Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales enrollments and driving sales in the assigned city.
  • Prepare a list of prospective customers and engage in market research.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team for consistent sales performance.
  • Ensure team members are actively participating in enrollments and regular market activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in handling a 5-member sales team in a channel sales role.
  • Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics.
  • Strong networking skills and a willingness to travel extensively.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.
