Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader B2B Sales who will drive revenue growth, manage a team of sales executives, and ensure consistent client acquisition and retention. The role requires strong leadership, target orientation, and hands-on involvement in B2B sales cycles.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales executives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive B2B sales for Risebird hiring/interview solutions
  • Identify and acquire new clients (HR, Talent Acquisition teams, startups, enterprises)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitching closure

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Operations) for smooth on boarding
  • Ensure high-quality client experience and retention

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to management
  • Analyze data to improve team performance and conversion

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS/HRTech/Recruitment services)
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in team handling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • High ownership and a result-driven mindset
