Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our centre. The Centre Head will be responsible for overall operations, learning strategy implementation, team management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with proven leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to achieve business and educational objectives.
  • Manage and supervise a team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, parents, and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes employee development.
  • Drive innovation in teaching methodologies, curriculum delivery, and operational processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong knowledge of learning solutions, curriculum development, and early childhood/educational operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges with critical and creative problem-solving approaches.
