Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end sales and operations of the Dairy vertical, including digital payment enablement.
  2. Serve as the key point of contact for customers, from lead outreach to final purchase.
  3. Oversee a 5-member sales team, ensuring performance and team engagement for lucrative incentives.
  4. Implement distribution, expansion, and metrics-driven strategies to drive growth.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Sales and Distribution.
  2. Proven experience handling a sales team, with emphasis on team performance and growth.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data tools for sales tracking and analysis.
  4. Graduate or Post Graduate degree is preferred.
