Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive distribution growth and market share in the assigned area of operations.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability through QR Sound Box deployment and product sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and align the sales team to drive business in the market.
  • Plan market size, span, and geographies for team leadership and field sales.

Job Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, and handling B2C markets.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
  • Skilled in sales, negotiation, and meeting quota-driven sales targets.
  • Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
