Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of 15–20 Service FSEs, ensuring smooth ticket closure for merchant issues.
  2. Handle logistics operations from hub to FSE, including forward and reverse stock movement.
  3. Grow distribution and market share through QR/Soundbox deployment and counter competitive initiatives.
  4. Plan market size, span, and geography for team coverage with strong data management practices.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years experience in service background industries like DTH, Broadband, or Consumer Electronics.
  2. Graduate or Postgraduate education preferred.
  3. Strong local market knowledge and experience in inventory and stock handling.
  4. Ability to manage teams, ensure service quality, and drive operational excellence.
