Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company's brand by selling products and managing customer relationships from lead to purchase.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of 5 or more sales members to achieve channel sales goals.
  • Expand distribution networks and monitor sales metrics to drive market penetration.
  • Help the team achieve high incentive earnings through strong leadership and strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel and Distribution sales with proven team handling experience.
  • Must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet for market operations.
  • Strong local market knowledge and a passion for growth and expansion.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other sales data management tools.
