Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products and services while representing the brand professionally in the market.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to final purchase closure.
  • Build and grow a strong distribution network and drive channel expansion activities.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and earn high incentives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel and Distribution sales with proven team handling skills.
  • Must own a smartphone, bike, and helmet for field activities.
  • Strong market knowledge with a zeal for growth and expansion.
  • Good proficiency in Excel and sales-related data management tools.
