Job Description

Role:- Sales Manager

location - Gurugram

CTC-14-15 LPA

Ed-tech Experience Preferred

Team Handling Experience mandate

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model
  • Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical
  • Build relationships with top Instructors
  • Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.
  • Understanding the category in depth, and designing analytical insights into consumer buying pattern
  • Manage deployment and quality of service providers
  • Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers
  • Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
  • Working with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
  • Working with the marketing team to generate customer requirement
  • Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuring that your team adheres to the SOPs
  • Team Management: Expected team size at full capacity : 50+

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations
  • Experience in starting and scaling large high performance teams.
  • Total 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in ecommerce and consumer internet industries is highly desirable
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • High bias for action and ability to deliver results.
