Responsibilities:
- Responsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model
- Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical
- Build relationships with top Instructors
- Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.
- Understanding the category in depth, and designing analytical insights into consumer buying pattern
- Manage deployment and quality of service providers
- Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers
- Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
- Working with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
- Working with the marketing team to generate customer requirement
- Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuring that your team adheres to the SOPs
- Team Management: Expected team size at full capacity : 50+
Desired Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations
- Experience in starting and scaling large high performance teams.
- Total 5+ years of experience
- Experience in ecommerce and consumer internet industries is highly desirable
- Highly analytical and data driven
- High bias for action and ability to deliver results.
