Job Description

  • Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants.
  • Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
  • Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants.
  • Experience working with OPT/H1B/EADs/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.
  • Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirement.
  • Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates assessment Skills.
  • Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
