Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and lead generation.
Introduce AI-based products and solutions to prospective clients.
Identify customer requirements and explain product features and business benefits.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and company offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in BBA, BMS, BBM, B.Com, or any Graduate.
0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
