Role and Responsibility of Regional Sales Manager - Modern Trade
- Achieve secondary sales, Handling Key Accounts and Large Format Store
- Planning Budget for Each Quarter, Incentive & Promotion Planning
- Appoint & Train Team to achieve business growth
- Managing Promoters & Brand associates
- Evaluates the performance of team comprising of Channel managers/ASMs. Take crucial decisions concerning employees promotion, their transfer, if or not certain significant task/ project should be assigned to a team
- Ensure stock availability and timely listing of our products with the Modern Trade accounts
- Drive sale of secondary stock through promotional activities in key accounts
- Ensure that the region has efficient employees and develop a team of such employees for expansion of business. Plan the goals well in advance and promote healthy competetive behaviors
