Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in South Mumbai, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective students and families, understand their educational goals, and present suitable CollegePass programs and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations (in-person and virtual), managing inbound and outbound leads, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with mentoring and operations teams, and ensuring a positive, informative experience for every prospect. The Sales Consultant will also contribute to local outreach initiatives, info sessions, and events to build awareness of CollegePass offerings.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand student needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality interactions and long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Relevant experience in education services, counseling, or advisory roles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in South Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Comfort using CRM or sales management software and basic productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional training in sales, counseling, or education is an advantage.
