Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in South Mumbai, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective students and families, understand their educational goals, and present suitable CollegePass programs and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations (in-person and virtual), managing inbound and outbound leads, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with mentoring and operations teams, and ensuring a positive, informative experience for every prospect. The Sales Consultant will also contribute to local outreach initiatives, info sessions, and events to build awareness of CollegePass offerings.
