Sales Supervisor – KSA (Bakery/FMCG)
Location: Multiple Regions, KSA (4–5 Vacancies)
Role Summary: We are seeking experienced Sales Supervisors to lead and develop our
frontline sales teams. You will be responsible for field execution, team coaching, and
ensuring our bakery products achieve maximum visibility and sales volume across the retail
landscape
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives to hit daily
and monthly performance goals and volume targets.
- Retail Excellence: Conduct regular field visits to ensure 100% product availability,
superior merchandising, and strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team activities via HHT (Hand-Held Terminals),
ensuring accurate reporting, database management, and troubleshooting.
- Operations & Logistics: Supervise local stores and depots, analyzing performance
and ensuring high standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Customer Relations: Resolve retailer complaints immediately and assist the team in
negotiating deals and expanding the client base.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–6 years of solid FMCG Supervisory experience (Experience in the
Bakery or Food sector is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- Professional Knowledge: Strong expertise in sales tools, execution techniques, and
retail strategies.
Compensation & Family Benefits Package
- Monthly Basic Salary: SAR 4,500
