We are looking for a customer-centric and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive to join the House of Rings family. You will be the face of our showroom, responsible for delivering a premium shopping experience, educating customers about our exquisite collections, and achieving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs for various occasions (weddings, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, etc.)
- Provide detailed information on gold purity, the diamond 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat), and gemstone authenticity
- Guide customers through the buying process, handle objections gracefully, and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Ensure all jewelry counters are visually appealing and that inventory is handled securely and polished daily
- Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up via WhatsApp/calls regarding new arrivals or special festive offers
- Assist in accurate billing, transactions, and documentation for certifications and hallmarking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience in gold and diamond retail sales
- 1–5 years of experience in high-end retail sales (jewelry—gold, diamonds, polki, etc.)
- Fluent in Hindi; conversational English is a strong plus
- Pleasant personality with strong grooming and professional etiquette
- Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and gold/diamond valuation
