Position Summary
As a Senior Associate-Talent Acquisition at Heads Up For Tails, you will primarily drive end-to-end hiring for our retail stores across locations, ensuring timely and quality closures in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will support hiring across key business functions including Design, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Corporate teams. This role requires strong execution capability, stakeholder management, and an understanding of high-volume retail hiring, along with the ability to adapt to diverse hiring needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end hiring for retail store roles across multiple cities
- Manage high-volume hiring with a focus on speed, quality, and consistent turnaround times.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of store-level talent
- Partner closely with retail leadership to understand store-specific hiring needs and timelines
- Support hiring across functions such as Design, Marketing, E-commerce, HR, Finance, and Customer Experience
- Understand role requirements and deliver quality shortlists aligned to business needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and provide market insights
- Act as a thought partner, not just an executor, on hiring strategy and challenges
- Track and maintain recruitment data, metrics, and reports
Qualifications, Skills And Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment with strong exposure to retail or high-volume hiring
- Stakeholder management experience in an extremely fast-paced start-up environment
- Able to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
- Good understanding of different business functions and hiring dynamics
- High ownership, agility, and ability to drive closures independently
