Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Brand Sales Specialist for TLS Enterprise & Strategic Field Sales, you will create demand and progress opportunities to close for various Technology Lifecycle Services offerings. This role involves driving sales efforts for a range of services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor hardware and Software.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop Demand Opportunities: Create and identify new sales opportunities for Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Multivendor related services.
- Progress Opportunities to Close: Work to progress existing sales opportunities through the sales cycle, leveraging knowledge of Technology Lifecycle Services to drive successful outcomes.
- Deliver Solution Sales: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements, utilizing Technology Lifecycle Services offerings.
- Manage Sales Efforts: Effectively manage and prioritize sales efforts to achieve sales targets and expand the client base for Technology Lifecycle Services.
- Support Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive future sales opportunities for Technology Lifecycle Services.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise*
- Technology Lifecycle Services Knowledge: Experience with Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, Multivendor and OEM products for datacenter and services .
- Sales Opportunity Development: Exposure to developing and identifying new sales opportunities for IT services, leveraging knowledge of client needs and technology solutions.
- Solution Sales Delivery: Experience with delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing IT services offerings.
- Sales Effort Management: Experience with managing and prioritizing sales efforts to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- IT Service Industry Familiarity: Exposure to the IT service industry, including services such as Support Services for Multivendor hardware & Software and Technology Lifecycle Services for datacenter and security OEM's.
