Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time position based on-site in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, preparing sales reports, and contributing to team training and development initiatives. The role involves active client engagement to support their logistics and courier service requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with experience in achieving targets and generating new business.
- Experience in Training to assist in the development and performance improvement of team members.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic team environment within Mumbai.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
- Prior experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
