Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting presentations, providing customer service, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves training other team members and contributing to the overall growth and sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members
  • Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to analyze sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the technology or enterprise solutions sector is highly advantageous
  • A results-driven attitude and commitment to achieving targets
