Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, assist customers in buying, selling, or renting properties, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, property presentations, negotiations, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the transaction process. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and keeping up-to-date with market trends to offer valuable insights and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and achieve targets effectively
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and assist clients in making well-informed decisions
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
