About the Role

You will own customer acquisition and conversion across assigned micro-territories in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Your priority is to consult homeowners, diagnose energy needs, and recommend right-sized rooftop systems that maximize ROI and long-term savings.

You will drive the end-to-end funnel—from lead generation, appointments, and site assessments to proposals, negotiation, and handover—while maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.

You will collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and represent Arkahub's values of trust and transparency in every interaction.

Success is measured through:

  • Monthly conversions
  • Strong NPS
  • Predictable pipelines
  • Expanding referral loops that reduce CAC and accelerate neighborhood penetration

Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly B2C acquisition targets across assigned localities, building a predictable pipeline and conversion plan that delivers sustained revenue growth and shorter time-to-install cycles.
  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads via field activities, referrals, RWAs, and company-provided data, creating repeatable top-of-funnel engines with measurable cost-per-lead improvements.
  • Conduct on-site consultations and basic assessments to qualify needs, size systems, and set expectations, translating technical inputs into simple choices that increase confidence and close rates.
  • Craft tailored proposals with clear ROI, subsidy, and savings narratives; handle objections ethically; and close deals with documentation accuracy that accelerates downstream execution.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and CRM hygiene, updating stages, forecasts, and next actions to improve predictability, win rates, and leadership visibility.
  • Partner with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth survey-to-handover, proactively resolving blockers that protect margins, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term customer relationships post-install, activating testimonials and referral loops that reduce acquisition costs and expand neighborhood penetration.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • 1–5 years of consultative B2C sales, ideally solar, home energy, or other high-value durables; proven target achievement with ethical selling and accountable execution.
  • Working knowledge of rooftop solar basics, load analysis, and site assessment parameters; ability to simplify technical concepts into clear homeowner choices that drive decisions.
  • Regional language fluency (Telugu for Hyderabad, Kannada for Bengaluru) and strong English; excellent listening, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills that build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets; disciplined pipeline management, stage definitions, and follow-up cadences that improve forecast accuracy.
  • Strong field execution including territory mapping, RWA engagement, event stalls, and referral programs; comfort with local travel and variable schedules.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic numeracy for ROI, payback, and subsidy calculations, able to present proposals that build urgency and confidence.

Additional Plus

  • Experience selling rooftop solar, inverters, batteries, or home energy upgrades, with familiarity of DISCOM processes, subsidies, and local regulatory workflows.
  • Exposure to channel partnerships, RWAs, builders, or facility managers that can accelerate lead flow and neighborhood penetration.
  • Demonstrated success creating referral engines, testimonial programs, or community workshops that boost conversions and reduce CAC across targeted localities.
