Role Overview: We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. The role focuses on improving engagement, conversion, and product adoption through targeted email marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Develop automated nurture sequences and drip campaigns
- Manage audience segmentation and email personalization
- Analyze email campaign performance and improve open and click-through rates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead nurturing initiatives
- Ensure email deliverability and adherence to email marketing best practices
Technical Email Infrastructure Experience (Must Have)
- Experience with email domain setup and warm-up processes, including warming new domains or IPs to maintain sender reputation and improve deliverability
- Understanding of email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with the ability to coordinate with technical teams to configure and troubleshoot them
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including managing sender reputation, avoiding spam filters, monitoring bounce rates, and maintaining domain health
Required Skills
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or SendGrid
- Knowledge of automation workflows and lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of email performance metrics and optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve engagement rates
- Experience working with both inbound and outbound email marketing tools and strategies
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B email marketing (mandatory)

- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML email templates
