Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering targeted insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales team development through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and knowledge.
  • Results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and related regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
