Position: Outbound Sales Executive B2B Partnerships
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to drive partnerships
within the events and marketing ecosystem. The role involves identifying potential partners,
initiating conversations and building long-term relationships to position engage4more as a preferred artist and talent partner.
This is a high-activity, target-driven role that requires consistency in outreach, strong follow-up
discipline and confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads of event agencies, experiential marketing companies,
corporate event planners, and MICE companies through LinkedIn, databases and online
research
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to connect with decisionmakers
(Founders, Business Heads, Client Servicing Leads)
Pitch engage4more's artist and talent offerings for corporate events and brand engagements
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the senior leadership team
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partnerships across the events and
marketing ecosystem
Ensure consistent and structured follow-ups to drive conversions and long-term
relationships
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress.
Mandatory:
13 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable working with high-volume outreach and activity-based targets
