Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting products or services to drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, conducting product training as needed, and assisting with sales strategies to expand the company's client base. Collaboration with team members and reporting on sales activities are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction
- Proven Sales skills and ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Sales Management and driving effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of providing Training and onboarding support for clients
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the software solutions industry is an advantage
