Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving customer acquisition. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, delivering presentations, and providing training to promote services. Collaboration with marketing teams to develop campaigns is also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide excellent support
- Proficiency in sales processes with skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in conducting or delivering training programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to achieve targets
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred
