Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering sales presentations, coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets, and staying informed about the company's products and services. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to drive product and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Training others or contributing to team development is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and craft personalized solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is advantageous.
