Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Vadodara. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and driving business growth. Additional tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, providing travel consultancy, and supporting clients with tailored travel solutions. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their travel needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets and improve revenue generation.
- Experience in providing Training to team members for professional and skill development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and services such as air ticketing, travel insurance, and holiday packages is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
