Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Device Sales Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with orthodontists, presenting the benefits of our aligner solutions, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product training, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to business development strategies. This individual will act as the primary link between the company and dental professionals to foster positive partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and client relationship management skills with a strong ability to meet targets and deliver results
  • Knowledge of dental devices or healthcare products, and the ability to present technical information effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in research, market analysis, and business development strategies
  • Self-motivation with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in dental device sales or healthcare sales is a plus

Compensation

  • CTC : 4 - 6 LPA
