Job Overview:  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing leads post initial contact, sending tailored proposals, providing product/service consultations, and driving the sales process through to closure. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience from the first meeting to final deal signing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Follow-Up Management:

•              Engage with prospects post initial meetings to build rapport, address queries, and maintain momentum in the sales cycle.

 

Proposal Development:

•              Prepare and send customised proposals that align with the client's needs and objectives, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with company offerings.

 

Consultative Selling:

•              Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements, providing relevant insights, and recommending suitable solutions or services.

 

Pipeline Advancement:

•              Manage and progress leads through the sales funnel using tools, coordinating internally with relevant departments as needed.

 

Deal Closure:

•    Negotiate terms, address objections, and drive successful sales closures while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.

 

Documentation & Reporting:

•              Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals sent, feedback received, and the status of each lead to ensure accountability and transparency.

 

Requirements:

•              Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•              2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•              Strong follow-up and organisational abilities.

•              Ability to understand and explain technical or complex services thoroughly.

•              Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

•              Familiarity with proposal writing and business development strategies.
