This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist for various locations - Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kerala, The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating and driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves delivering product presentations, conducting sales training, and supporting team members in meeting sales goals. The Sales Specialist will also ensure that customers receive guidance and knowledgeable support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and growing revenue.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the jewelry industry or luxury sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
