Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and engaging with new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients as needed, maintaining accurate sales records, and working closely with the sales management team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and manage processes
• Experience in training to educate clients or team members on products or services
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
