Role Description

This is a Internship, Remote role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training as necessary, and contributing to overall sales targets and team growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets
• Ability to conduct Training and support team performance improvement
• Proven organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
• Previous experience in the video production or creative industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
