This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales process, handling customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in training sessions to develop the sales team's capabilities.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Competence in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to guide and improve team performance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment located in Mumbai
• Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
