Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join the National Retail Solutions (NRS Plus) team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential clients, promoting NRS products and services, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, managing customer accounts, providing training to clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and maintain professional interactions.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and actively promote products and services to clients.
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to onboard clients and guide new team members effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems or similar retail technology platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
