About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Specialist to expand the B2B, wedding, and catering arm of Mrs Kaur's Bakery & Caf. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful customer connections, driving new business opportunities, and representing a premium brand with confidence and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients, including corporates, gifting partners, and premium retail collaborations.
- Manage event-based orders and guiding customers from inquiry to fulfilment with a seamless experience.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication, trust, and exceptional service.
- Track and meet monthly sales targets while generating new business opportunities proactively.
- Develop and maintain a professional network with event planners, gifting agencies, hospitality clients, and corporate procurement teams.
- Coordinate closely with the Managing Director and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and proposals.
- Represent the brand at events, meetings, exhibitions, and tastings (involves travel).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or corporate gifting (F&B / hospitality / premium retail experience is a plus).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and drive; comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and sales opportunities.
- Professional conduct, polished presence, and passion for premium food brands.
