Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales & Brand Partnership Executive, based in Gurugram. The role encompasses developing and managing relationships with brand partners, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and creating strategies for brand growth. Responsibilities also include delivering impactful communication to partners, driving brand marketing initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing development of the company's brand strategy and presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Brand Relationship
- Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with clients and brand partners.
- Represent the company positively in all interactions, calls, meetings, and marketing activities.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication across all channels (email, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.).
Sales & Outreach
- Drive sales of Wilyer products through strategic outreach and engagement efforts.
- Identify and onboard new clients, brand partners, and business opportunities.
- Support brand promotions and help increase product visibility in the market.
Brand & Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand messaging with sales strategies.
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand positioning and product awareness.
- Understand brand requirements, product guidelines, and market trends.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Analyze sales data, client feedback, and performance metrics to suggest improvements.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and sales pipelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability with clients and brands.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic understanding of sales process and brand partnerships.
- Good command over English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Any field; preference for Marketing/Business).
- 13 years experience in sales, branding, or client handling (preferred).
- Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills may also apply.
