Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Core responsibilities include communicating with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering training to clients. The role also involves collaborating with the design and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of achieving targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients on services and solutions
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a solutions-driven approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the home theater or acoustics industry is a plus
