Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, delivering product presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with clients, providing training and support to users, and crafting strategies to achieve sales goals. Active engagement will also involve monitoring trends and opportunities to grow the adoption of PoketPOS solutions in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in providing Training and support to clients for onboarding and usage of products or services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant, retail, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
