Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client interactions, closing deals, tracking sales performance, and conducting training on products and solutions for prospective clients. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proven expertise in sales and sales management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve revenue targets
  • Experience in training and educating clients or team members about products and services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to prioritize in a remote work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • A background in or knowledge of cybersecurity or tech-related sales is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
